- Master’s degree from an accredited University in either Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or other degrees meeting eligibility requirements for a licensure.
- Currently licensed to practice in Maryland as a Psychologist, Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C).

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Demonstrated organization, administrative, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience providing culturally competent treatment to a diverse population.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, including various disciplines of medical and mental health professionals.
- Ability to exercise resourcefulness and good judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Three years of post-licensure experience providing crisis intervention, care coordination and case management.
- Experience working within a law enforcement agency and collaborating with law enforcement officers in response to mental health crises.
- Experience working in a crisis center, emergency department, mobile crisis unit, or psychiatric facility.
- Experience working as a counselor at a college/university counseling center, outpatient mental health setting and/or health care setting.
- Experience with the emergency petition process for hospital admission and/or the hospitalization of patients with mental illness.
- Experience synthesizing, analyzing and using data in decision making for clinical operations.
- Experience in program evaluation and assessment
- Experience maintaining and developing policies and procedures that reflect clinical practice.
- Experience in developing and implementing outreach programs.
- Experience working closely with diverse stakeholders, internal and external partners.
- Ability to work effectively with campus personnel, such as professionals in academic affairs and other student services providers.
- Ability to work within a large system, and to participate and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of research and trends related to effective models of outpatient mental health delivery that can be applied to higher education.
