Metal Process Worker
Leads and demonstrates safety in the workplace. Cut and form raw materials on a variety of machines based on shop orders and print directions. Consistently maintains high quality and meets or exceed routed hours.

Metal Process Worker
Leads and demonstrates safety in the workplace. Cut and form raw materials on a variety of machines based on shop orders and print directions. Consistently maintains high quality and meets or exceed routed hours.
MAJOR DUTIES:
- Ability to independently program and operate five or more of the following: beam cutter, burn table, brake, clean/grind, hand burn, saw, shear/punch press with a high level of quality.
- Kits and separates parts based on next operation.
- Trains and mentor peers in department.
- Performs preventative maintenance on machines. (OPM’s)
- Basic to intermediate blueprint skills.
- Basic to intermediate math skills.
- Ability to make all parts efficiently within guidelines to maintain production schedule.
- Ability to foresee problems and resolve them to reduce cost.
- Performs basic crane operations.
- Functions as a team player with co-workers and other departments.
- May be required to move material and manage inventory as needed.
- Weld repair as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED/SPECIAL NOTES:
- Minimum of 18 months relevant metal processing experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 60 pounds
- Long periods of standing
