About us

Conley Caseworks LLC is a national award winning custom architectural woodwork company located in Elma, New York that produces commercial cabinetry, countertops and decorative interior elements for contractors, developers, in both public and private facilities throughout Western New York.

Current projects include Black Button Distillery, Lockport Memorial Hospital, Lafayette Court, Cooper Vision, UBMD Orthopedics, Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, St, Joseph’s Hospital, Albright Knox Art Gallery and many more.

THE ROLE

Producing accurate cost estimates for prospective projects by collaborating with clients, vendors, and design professionals to develop competitive proposals with creative solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Attend pre-bid information meetings and job site walk-throughs.
• Download and review architectural drawings, specifications, and addendums.
• Submit RFIs (Requests for information)
• Perform accurate digital take offs from construction documents.
• Set up estimates for potential breakdown and analysis.
• Procure job specific quotes from vendors.
• Determine long lead times for specialty materials & products.
• Create detailed proposals with cost breakdowns and alternates as needed for specific bids.
• Analyze cost data as jobs progress and manage change orders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College education in construction or engineering related field preferred but not required.
• 2 to 3 years’ work experience in design or construction related industry a plus, but not required.
• Strength in mathematics, critical thinking, verbal communication, and business writing skills.
• Ability to focus on details while maintaining a big picture context.
• Organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creativity and willingness to collaborate with others for the best possible outcomes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite / Microsoft 365.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
