MarketSource is searching for a Mobile Department Lead for full-time employment at Target Tech.

As a Mobile Department Lead, you will be responsible for proactively engaging customers within Target, the retail store. MDLs will ensure they and their teams assist with various wireless products and accessory sales, while providing extraordinary customer service. You will work closely with your District Manager to coach, teach and inspire your team.

Essential Functions: Drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction regarding various products and services to customers Engage in side-by-side selling with your team Increase sales performance and other key metrics through sales, training, and marketing promotions. Manage in-store promotions, and coordinate with appropriate personnel. Schedule and manage sales demo events, ensuring demo equipment is collected and returned as directed at the end of the event. Assist District Manager in communication of key initiatives.

Act as a conduit for inclusive and efficient district-wide communication Represent MarketSource in a professional manner at all times Supervisory or Management Responsibility/Decision-Making Level: Participate in candidate interview/selection process. Involved in performance assessment of team members Establish and manage critical relationships within Target. Represent Target Tech to client and client’s team during in-store huddles and store meetings Communicate progress and opportunities with District Manager and client leadership Serve as a point of escalation for questions or issues, including individual guest issues Partner with District Manager regarding hiring and termination decisions.

Minimum Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required 2+ years training, sales, retail management or related experience required Prior wireless or electronics retail management preferred Requisite Abilities and/or Skills: Excellent communication skills, knowledge of wireless or electronics industry preferred Proven record as leader, organizer, and/or teacher. Proven self-starter Ability to take complex technology to simplified consumer value proposition Smartphone required Additional Job Requirements: Flexible physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items Performs additional job duties as assigned Ability to lift up to 20 pounds independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
