Job Description


To join our team, you MUST be a team player, highly motivated with the ability to precisely and accurately perform routine histology techniques.


Duties:

  • ‪Prepare tissue samples by fixing, staining, dying and other methods
  • Use, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
  • Keep a clean and disinfected work area
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, materials and equipment


Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a lab is preferred, as this is a critical part of the job
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment
  • Ability to work independently and with other team members


Job Type:

  • Full-time
  • Must have the ability to travel to all locations listed: (Enfield, Vernon, Waterbury, Madison, Bridgeport and Groton) Travel reimbursement is provided.


Experience:

  • Mohs experience preferred but we will train the right candidate


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree


Certifications/Licenses:

  • Must have ASCP HT License

Pay ranges between $30 - $45 based on experience. Sign-On Bonus and annual performance bonus included.
