Are you passionate about alternative education? Are you Montessori minded?

We are now hiring a credentialed Montessori Teacher.

What sets us apart: New Adventures is a boutique Montessori school located in the Casa De Oro – Mount Helix area. We are three mothers who started this school out of pure love, passion and conviction. We asked each other a question, “What do we want for our children and how do we achieve it in a school setting?”

Driven by a deep desire to bring widespread change in education today, at New Adventures Montessori we offer a small, nurturing, family-centered learning environment. We believe that in fostering a child’s innate curiosities we will not only develop lifelong learners, but that learning will always be an adventure.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Montessori Credential
- 1 year of Montessori classroom experience
- 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units
- Finger print clearance (obtained before employment)
- Pediatric First Aid/CPR
- TB clearance, immunizations and physical/health clearance
- Professional references.
- Must be able to perform all physical activities associated with caring for young children indoor and playground activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Families and team members are required to complete a daily health check, including symptom and temperature checks. Team members are not required to wear masks and students have the option. Please visit our website for our full Covid-19 response.
