College Hunks of NoVa (Northern Virginia) in Falls Church is hiring MOVE CAPTAINS/DRIVERS/WINGMEN for our moving business.

The position include the following responsibilities:

• Provide stress free service for a variety of clients in different situations.
• Be a positive representation of our company.
• SAFELY operate vehicle at all times.
• Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc).
• Make sure truck has enough receipts, safety equipment and marketing material.
• Be a positive and motivated leader for your team.
• Help to train new hires about the day to day operations and core values.
• Handle and collect money/checks from clients.
• Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
• Check in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor.

Pay Structure:

Starting pay of_ $12 _an hour in the Moving Helper position

Requirements and skills:

• Experience in Moving Industry is preferred
• MUST have a valid and clean driver's license (to be a driver)
• Be the designated leader and manage the customer and crew
• MUST have the ability to direct and supervise moving crew
• Great customer service is preferred
• MUST be hard working and enjoy physical labor
• MUST be able to lift at least 75lbs
• Excel in a position of independence and responsibility
• Be willing to have background check done

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
