We are looking for an experienced and motivated Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and managing projects. The Crew Leader will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner, delegating tasks to team members, and providing guidance and support to the team. The successful candidate will also be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate the team to reach their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the crew.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
• Train and mentor new crew members.
• Monitor the performance of the crew and provide feedback as needed.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and personnel.
• Resolve conflicts between crew members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
