JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of a radiologist and the lead MRI Technologist, performs MRI procedures in accordance with department protocol at a technical level, not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Able to perform a
variety of technical procedures including but not limited to extremity imaging, MR Angiography, and Body imaging. These procedures require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply theoretical MRI knowledge into practice for providing the best possible imaging for the diagnosis. Responsible for administering IV and oral contrast. Must be able and willing to contribute to the coverage of the department beyond normally scheduled hours. Responsible to maintain equipment and proper supplies, must maintain a clean and organized work area. Responsible for maintaining accreditation through the ARRT, and must remain a certified BCLS provider.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Completion of approved course of study for radiologic technology and current ARRT certification & BLS certification. Advanced MRI registry must be completed within 2 years of hire into MRI Department.

  • Experience: Theoretical instruction combined with clinical experience. Satisfactory references from previous employer or school of x?ray. MRI experience preferred

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing professional licensed nursing assistant care to patients in a caring and compassionate manner following established standards and practices. Provides excellent customer service to patients and family members both in person and over the telephone. Performs scheduling and administrative duties as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • LNA State of New Hampshire license
  • BLS/CPR AED Certification Required (must be completed within 3 months of hire date)

Experience:

  • 2+ years nursing assistant experience preferred
