- Helpdesk support answering phones, logging into client computers to fix any issues.
- Setup new clients on Microsoft cloud (Azure AD, Endpoint Manager, SharePoint)
- Manage and maintain customer backup systems.
- Managed security software.
- Support windows workstations, servers, and mac computers.
- Working with PowerShell scripts to automate installations, RMM and PSA ticketing systems.
- Working with Monday.com board to onboard clients.
- Help create and update processes in our documentation software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
