KB Access Solutions L.L.C. is a company specializing in Multi-Family New Construction. We have a wide range of expertise in all aspects of CCTV, AV and access control solutions for buildings and vehicular gates.

Currently seeking energetic, dependable and career minded Access Control, CCTV, AV technician to fill a position with a home office in Greenville, SC but that will travel throughout the South East United States such as South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Texas and Florida.

Responsibilities of the Access Control, CCTV and AV technician will include:

Initial runs of cable from equipment location to head end closets during a "rough in" phase of a project to installation, termination, programming and testing of equipment during a "trim out" phase of a project. This equipment can include access controllers, DVRs, NVRs, amplifiers, card readers, electric strikes, electrified door hardware, magnetic locks, speakers, volume controls, cameras and other access control, CCTV and AV equipment.

Must be able to:

Read blueprint plans with mark-ups that will annotate locations of all trim out devices and head end equipment.

Work in tight or confined spaces

Climb ladders

Maintain a safety conscious work environment

Maintain reliable transportation to and from home office

Maintain a valid driver's license

Pass pre-employment and periodic drug screening

Have and maintain a clean criminal background

Drive and maintain company provided vehicles

Fly or drive to domestic job destinations

MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL

Experience:

3 years of cabling, installation, termination and testing of Access Control, CCTV or AV equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
