National Commercial Cleaning Company has openings for Multi-Site Supervisors. These positions will begin as part time, hourly positions with a monthly bonus opportunities and occasional gas allowances.

This position will start as a part time hourly morning/afternoon position. For the right individual, after training, will grow into a part time or full time salaried position.

Must have availability Monday- Friday 7am-4pm and Saturdays 1pm-6pm.

Commuting time to first location and home from final location is considered a personal commute and not "working hours."

This position will require ability to respond to employee and customer needs located in the Jacksonville/ Havelock/ Morehead/ Swansboro areas.

This is a high visibility job within our organization and includes growth opportunities.

Leadership experience is preferred.

The position is responsible for Quality Control, Training, Schedule Adherence for all assigned accounts.

Will be required to commute to Wilmington NC 2-4 times per month

Job Position Description:Supervisor responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all staff stays on task and complete all assignments to ServiceMaster standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of cleaning principles and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff performance and ensures all assignments are completed in accordance to set task schedule
• Train cleaners on task schedules specific to individual accounts
• Perform inspections and give constructive performance feedback to staff members
• Clean regularly at assigned accounts as primary and/or alongside of scheduled cleaners for additional details work at accounts
• Clean as a fill in during call outs and time off for regular employees
• Deliver supplies to accounts weekly

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• 1-2 years’ supervisory experience
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
