The role:

  • Is a newly created NAE role, designed to secure future talent for the organisation
  • Will play a supporting role on Grocery Retail working with the SNAMs and Grocery Director
  • Is analytical by nature, managing the overall pricing and promotion mechanics of the account base
  • Works on highly strategic Grocery & eCom accounts and will be responsible for supporting execution of the JBP
  • Works cross functionally with Shopper, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful day to day management of the account
  • Will be responsible for driving growth through landing successful NPD launches and promotions
  • Offers the opportunity of developing quickly from NAE to NAM

Ideal candidate:


  • Will have experience operating as a Sales Exec/Rep or in a commercial role (preferably within Retail or FMCG)
  • Curious in nature and hungry to drive results
  • Has a track record of driving commercial results
