Job description: Ancora Wellness is seeking a naturopathic physician to join our integrative team of wellness professionals. This position is hourly, starts at part time, with room for immediate growth.

Position Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited program and licensed in Oregon.
• Doctorate
• Positive attitude.
• Passionate about integrative and holistic medicine.
• Licensed & preferably credentialed in Oregon.
• Mental health treatment experience and expertise.
• Available for in-office appointments.
• Motivated to grow- marketing, social media to promote your practice & the clinic.
• Self-starter, self-motivated, willing to learn & work hard for your success.
• Professional, efficient and organized.
• Highly skilled at time management.
• Closes charts in a timely manner.
• Personable, confident in your skills and appreciative of others’ expertise.
• Knowledgeable about insurance billing, charting, HIPAA, scope of practice, standard of care, etc.
• Skilled in integrative, naturopathic, functional and holistic healthcare.
• Awareness &/or training in mindfulness, trauma-informed care, diversity, inclusion, LGBTQ+ health.

We Provide:

• Trauma-informed treatment spaces.

• Administrative support
• Assistance with insurance paneling, if needed.
• In-Office & Telemedicine scheduling/flexibility.
• EHR and Accounts for patient management, charting, billing, prescriptions, supplements, lab orders, etc.

• Promotion/referrals through patient community, advertising, website, blog, social media efforts, etc.
• In-house referrals from our integrative team.
• Storage space for your practice needs

Compensation:
Ancora will provide the following compensation:

• Onboarding training and administrative tasks as directed at $17/hour
• After initial onboarding and credentialing: Paid per clinical hour
• Varies based on experience, starting $67/hr

• Accident/ICU coverage based on FTE
• Short and Long term Disability based on FTE
• Prepaid Legal
