The Role

We are seeking an Integration Engineer. You’ll be a key member of a small team with the opportunity to influence our award-winning technology. We develop software in-house using C#, SQL Server, and VueJS, all on the Azure platform. Our API allows business partners to integrate our quoting platform into their existing systems. We also work closely with 3rdparties to provide data and processing for parts of our business. You’ll play a critical role in in helping us grow to the next level of our business.

Essential Qualifications

• Proficient in C# MVC development; API development for both internal and external use.
• Strong SQL Server solution design and development
• Demonstrated experience writing good clean code & writing automated unit tests.
• You have good taste in technology and a desire to find the right solution instead of temporary fixes.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a small tight team, but also able to work independently and get things done fast with consistently high quality.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to work effectively in an environment with fuzzy requirements and changing priorities.
• Effective working with engineers, sales, marketing, and senior management in the business to clarify and provide excellence in the delivered product.
• Desire to do something meaningful in an old industry that is rapidly changing.
• Believe in our mission and core values of integrity, work ethic, transparency, and having fun.
