Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a NetSuite Administrator and IT/Technical Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall system configuration and settings, as well as troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to users. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain NetSuite settings and preferences, including user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Manage workflows and automations within NetSuite and third-party sync tools.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to users.
• Manage integrations with other systems and third-party applications.
• Manage products, pricing, and setup in Magento.
• Develop and maintain customizations and scripts as needed.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the effective use of NetSuite.
• Provide training and support to users on NetSuite functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with NetSuite updates and new features.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in NetSuite administration and IT/technical support roles.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder.
• Experience with integrations and third-party applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• NetSuite Administrator and SuiteFoundation certification preferred.
• Magento and Celigo experience is helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
