Umyuaq Technology seeks a qualified Network Engineer to support our contract at the Brooke Army Medical Center on Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX.

Job description:

· Administrates and manages Cisco Identity Service Engine and all devices connected via ISE.

· Manages and administrates Solarwinds Orion servers. Builds and develops scripts to push out network configuration changes and monitor network overall health.

· Maintains and configures Cisco devices to include installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting.

· Engineers upgrade and configuration changes as well as network architecture.

· Trains and develops personnel on new and current network technologies, configuration changes, and IOS upgrades.

· Works with DHA (Defense Health Agency) to implement changes to LAN, upgrades, and IP plans.

· Upgrades/Cutover of DHA WAN circuits for GSU clinic locations

· Maintains DOD STIG compliance of network and its resources

· Manages and administrates Cisco Identity Service Engine

· Manages and Maintains DHCP servers

· Maintain and execute switch VoIP and VoIP QoS configurations. Assist VoIP manager with phone installs and Cisco Call Manager phone configuration troubleshooting.

· Engineers various connectivity solutions for customers

· Troubleshoots and resolves advanced issues as well as minor tickets

· Microsoft engineering expertise in currently available operating systems, SCCM, Active Directory, Disaster Recovery, and SQL/Oracle servers provides critical applications' highest security, reliability, and scalability levels.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field from an institution accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency, plus five years' experience
• CompTIA Security+

· Cisco VOIP phones

· Cisco Call Manager

· Cisco Unity

· Microsoft Network Policy Radius Servers

· Cisco ISE

Preferred Qualification:

• Cisco CCNP, CCNA, CCDA, CompTIA Network+ Certifications

Shift Work:
This position is for the 1st shift, 8 hours per day, On-site only
