• Must have 3+ years experience in networking, hardware issues, windows servers, domain controllers, firewalls, VMWare, Hyper-V, Mac OS and SQL
• Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritize and resolve customer issues
• Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, etc are a plus
• Requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
