About the job

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for utilizing their knowledge of our clients’ products and services to connect with decision makers at all levels of a target organization. Working on a variety of campaigns, Sales Development Representatives generate and qualify new leads as well as set appointments for our clients.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a collaborative mindset working in close conjunction with sales operations team, quality assurance, account managers and client success managers. You will need to possess motivation to succeed, be open to constructive feedback and learning.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Display strong motivation to meet weekly goals and KPIs as set forth by management team and clients
  • Be the voice of the customer with respect to outbound sales and representation
  • Respond to inbound prospect inquires in a timely manner
  • Learn and maintain comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services
  • Collaborates with account managers, sales ops team to optimize campaigns, scripts, training and executions by always challenging the status quo and keeping a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly outreach activity and campaign progress
  • Communicate and collaborate with client and their internal sales team
  • Complete work with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrate flexibility in a high growth environment where things change quickly
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Punctual and have the ability to work with other people on a team by fostering relationships in a professional manner
  • Receptive to feedback and have strong desire to develop sales skills

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • You have strong collaboration and teamwork skills and can work with a variety of internal and external clients
  • You have experience working in a CRM. Ideally, you have Hubspot experience
  • You take initiative, have great follow-through and are detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and comfortable within a growing and ever-changing environment
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • You have 3-5 years of prior sales experience
  • You have experience in B2B Sales
  • You are reliable, punctual and professionalism is important to you

  • A 30-minute phone/video call with a member in Talent and Operations
  • If your first round interview goes well, you can expect a second interview with the whole team
