We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team and coordinate the activities of our drivers. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the status of our vehicles, tracking their locations, and ensuring that they arrive at their destinations on time. The Dispatcher will also be responsible for scheduling pickups and deliveries, communicating with customers, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate the activities of drivers.
• Communicate with drivers and customers via phone, radio, or other communication devices.
• Maintain records of driver activity, including timesheets and delivery logs.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
• Schedule and assign drivers to routes.
• Keep up to date on road conditions, traffic, and weather reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fresno, CA 93725: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Dispatching (Preferred)
