Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Must have a real estate license in Virginia, Maryland, or DC
• Provide good service and build trust with clients
• Showing properties and working with home buyers
• Attending listing appointments with sellers
• E & O insurance will be covered and provided
• No hidden fees
• Training and resources you need to grow
• Many leads will be provided
• Your own flexible schedule

• Follow up and meet potential buyers and sellers
• Marketing/advertising provided
