We are looking to hire a
Caregiver-LPN to join our team. This position is responsible for providing exemplary personalized care that meets the physical and social needs of the resident.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide comfort and safety to residents while assisting them with Activities of Daily Living tasks; including dressing, grooming, and bathing
- Respond to residents needs in a caring and positive manner
- Encourage residents and provide environment for success in meeting their highest level of participation and independence while fostering choice
- Follows structured routines regarding care and cleaning duties
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
- Have a caring and positive demeanor when interacting with residents and family members
- Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment
- Acts with patience and understanding at all times
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
- Licensed Practical Nurse license/certification required
- One-year experience working in the field
- Exceptional customer service skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position requires frequent Sitting, standing, walking, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position typically operates indoors with possible exposure to blood borne pathogens or other potentially infectious material.
