Job Location: Berea, OH.
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099
Pay rate: $130/hr patient care hours, $100/hr lab review hours
Scheduled Clinic: June 14th

Full Job Description:
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide general wellness checkups on site at a private business in Berea, OH. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care. Usually no more than 20 patients a day.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general wellness checkups.
  • Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
  • Perform blood draws for patients.
  • Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
  • Provide telemedicine services for lab review follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Valid NP license to work in OH.
  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)/ (FNP-C)/ (FNP-BC)/ Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certified.
  • Background in internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, or emergency room.
  • Must be able to perform phlebotomy.
  • Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).
  • Must be able to commute to Berea, OH.
