LTHC Solutions is a Long-Term Care/Post-Acute Practice serving multiple nursing homes in the Tarrant County, Dallas-Fort Worth, Weatherford, Lubbock, and Waxahachie Area. We are looking for a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to work on call via telemedicine as well as on site one time per month in the Weatherford, TX area. There will be 3-4 shifts per week from 6PM to 6AM. Responsibilities include conducting telemedicine visits at long term care facilities on rehabilitation and nursing home residents, management of both subacute post-operative illnesses as well as chronic care of our region’s growing elderly population. Texas License as a Nurse Practitioner required. Experience with Geriatric population in a long-term care setting preferred. Love of people, flexibility, and ability to work in changing environments is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
