Description: Generations at Rock Island in Rock Island, Illinois, Seeks Experienced Nurse Supervisors Ideal Candidates Must Be either RN or LPN

There are Full Time and Part Time Openings, 10 am - 6pm:

The Full Time Nurse will work M-F

The Part time Nurse will work Saturdays and Sundays

*Nurse Supervisors will not Take Call or Work the Floor*

Pay Rates:

RNs - $35-$42ph, depending on which Benefit Package is Selected

LPNs - $30-$36ph, depending on which Benefit Package is Selected

Responsibilities of the Nurse Supervisors:

  • Manage admissions
  • Ensure compliance with nursing and government policies and procedures
  • Inform patients' family members about medical procedures and doctors’ instructions
  • Provide psychological and emotional support to patients and their family and friends
  • Complete necessary updates, reports, documentation in a timely manner

Requirements of the Nurse Supervisor:

  • LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), or RN (Registered Nurse), licensed in the state of Illinois
  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience in a long-term care environment
  • Leadership and relationship building skills
  • Compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
