• Provides for patients' personal hygiene: baths, showers, shampoos, shaves and foot care.
• Provides for activities of daily living: assists with meals and feeding, ambulates, turns and positions patients, provides fresh water and between meal nourishments.
• Provides for the comfort needs of patients and timed position changes to prevent pressure sores.
• Reports observations of patients to the nurse caring for the patient to facilitate professional assessment regarding hydrations, elimination, nutrition, mobility, mood, skin changes, pain, vital signs and any problems the patient is having.
• Checks on patients frequently and strives to respond to call lights within two minutes.
• Performs weights and accurately records I&O.
• Collects excretory specimens.
• Obtains routine bedside blood glucose.

• Must be nursing assistant registered and in good standing
• Must be at least 18 years-old
• Current BLS/CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within 6 months of start date (company paid)

Schedule:

• 64hrs/2wks
• Evening Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm and 3:00pm-11:30pm
• Weekend Rotation: Work 2 out of every 6 weekends
