**Job Title: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)**

GHR Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) for a rewarding assignment in Schuylkill County. As a leading healthcare staffing agency, we offer a competitive weekly pay rate, W-2 Status and a comprehensive benefits package.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a skilled nursing facility in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

- Ensure the highest quality of care for residents by implementing and maintaining established policies and procedures.

- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff to promote satisfaction with the facility's services.

- Manage the financial performance of the facility, including budgeting and financial reporting.

- Maintain compliance with licensure and certification requirements, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal laws.

- Collaborate with referral sources in hospitals and the community to promote the facility and attract new residents.

- Provide leadership and guidance to facility staff, conducting evaluations and supporting their professional development.

- Maintain accurate records and reports, contributing to quality assurance and performance evaluations.

**Qualifications:**

- Must possess a valid license as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of PA.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage day-to-day operations.

- Excellent financial management and budgeting abilities.

- Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in long-term care.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to providing quality care.

- Organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
