Looking for Motivated experienced individuals to join our growing team in the exterior restoration industry.

The positions available are for Licensed Site Foreman to oversee site safety suspended scaffold projects with five (5) or more years of experience.

Job entails full time site supervision and management at projects throughout NYC and its outer boroughs, Managing small crews to perform the daily and / or weekly task at hand.

Manage crews of 5-15 employees.

Capable to Read / Write / and Speak English.

Be able to calculate general mathematics and simple knowledge of basic computer software in Microsoft Word & Excel.

Have experience with exterior repairs to facades and roofing.

Communicate well with clients / building staff.

Capable of enforcing safety on all projects.

Applicant must have the following non expired licenses / training;

30 Hour O.S.H.A

32 Suspended Rigging Foreman

32 Hour Supported Scaffold

40 Hour Site Safety Manager

62 Hour Site Safety Training Card

Compensation will vary based on experience.

Employee will need to be able to read and write in English. Prefer Bilingual

18 years or older and legal to work within the united states.
