Occupational Therapist

Surry Community Health Center by Harborview is seeking a PRN Licensed Occupational Therapist.

We provide Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy services, to adults ages 18-100+ years of age. We are looking for a caring and professional OT to join the team asap.

Candidates MUST hold a current license. The caseload will be approximately 10-20 hours per week as needed Sunday thru Saturday. Your hours can be flexible! We will work with your preferences.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.

Occupational Therapists will assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.

Collaborates with OTA and all disciplines to plan and evaluate goals for each patient.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST be a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of NC.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 per hour
