As the sole Occupational Therapist in this multi-disciplinary clinic, you have the ability to collaborate and grow neuro and pediatric volumes with both Physical Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology clinicians onsite. This is a full-time position with full and competitive benefits.

Frederick Health Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab Liberty Clinic offers private treatment rooms, a beautiful spacious gym, a dedicated Occupational Therapy space and the latest in equipment & technologies.

Dynamic patient caseload at all the Frederick Health Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab Outpatient Clinics consists primarily of Adult Neuro and Pediatric conditions in a hands-on environment.

The requirements:

  • Degree from an accredited school approved by ACOTE
  • Current state licensure or eligibility in Occupational Therapy in Maryland
  • Has one (1) year outpatient experience
  • Has a minimum of one (1) year of neuro and pediatric experience
  • Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
  • Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
  • Focus on the patient and providing the utmost in customer service excellence

The responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality outcomes driven occupational therapy services
  • Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.
  • Conduct patient and family education
  • Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
