Walker Methodist Rehab is seeking versatile team members to help drive our Home Care and Outpatient therapy programs, the newest divisions of Walker Rehab. Minimum qualifications:

• MN Occupational Therapist license
• Two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (desired)
• Proven positive skills to work successfully with a team or independently
• Diverse background in clinical experiences and training with the senior population
• Creative, proven communication skills and the ability to prioritize and organize
• High degree of self-motivation and commitment to the seniors we serve
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn multiple electronic health record systems
• Sensitivity to senior needs and the ability to build positive relationships

Education:

Required

Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program

Licenses & Certifications

• Occupational Therapist licensed with the MN Department of Health
• BLS Certified; or within 3 months of hire
