Job description
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.
Responsibilities:
* Data Entry with attention to details while performing all duties of the job
* Jobs processing
* Change orders and Finance Spread Sheets
* Auditing paperwork
· Organize show room, and keep it clean and presentable.
· Keep in contact with company vendors pertaining to office upkeep and supply orders.
· Distribute mail and packages promptly to intended departments.
*Fully understand company products, services, processes, standards and policies.
*Dedicated to providing superior customer service.
*Ordering of products
· Willing to learn and master company specific databases (Enabled Plus and FileMaker)
· Attention to detail while performing all data entry duties of the job.
· Maintain inventory logs and report tracking periodically.
· Maintain contact lists for utilities and office specific vendors.
· Provide general support to visitors by being aware and approachable when greeting, and be willing to demonstrate products and answer questions.
· Manage the flow of the office, and be a helping hand to all departments.

Qualifications and skills:
