About The Role

With our head office in France, Hintz has more recently opened an office in North America and is currently building a team of energetic, nimble and passionate individuals. You will be hands-on across a variety of projects, with a huge opportunity for career progression and play a critical role within the team on a daily basis.

The Associate Product Manager will be assisting in defining business problems via in-depth investigations and gathering both technical and non-technical information. You will work with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to solutions architects and developers to outline detailed requirements for a solution and to ensure the delivered solution meets business requirements.The Associate Product Manager will provide advisory support to both commercial and technical teams to help bridge the gap between developers and the wider business.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry
  • Prepare and sending invoices
  • Providing general administration support to Office Manager and senior staff
  • The ability to act with a sense of urgency
  • Be able to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Answering the telephone, making appointments, responding to client
  • enquiries, scheduling
  • Dealing with all telephone enquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintaining reception area
  • Filing/scanning
  • Other general administration duties as directed

About You

  • 1+ years' experience in administration will be highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills on both a written and verbal level
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A good attitude, experience isn't everything - more than anything we're looking for the right fit!
