Job Title: Office Administrative Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate must be prolific in Microsoft Excel and Word and possess strong data analysis skills. Accounting background preferred. Knowledge of Quickbooks would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting and financials
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create and edit documents and spreadsheets, including invoices and other financial reports. Advanced level preferred.
  • Perform data analysis to help the company make informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and other business activities.
  • Organize company documents and records for easy retrieval.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of meetings, events, and other company activities.
  • Experience with contract review preferred.
  • Ability to proofread documents preferred.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Accounting background preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
  • QuickBooks experience preferred.
  • Constant Contact and Survey Monkey experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in customer service and administrative support roles preferred.
