We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be able to work under pressure at times.
Responsibilities
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule Estimates & Jobs ( Multi calendars )
- payment collecting everyday
- Phone calls
- yelp messages & emails to always be answered
- Basic Accounting/ payroll
- Full english or bilingual
- Google sheets , google docs , google calendar
Skills
- ideal experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Reliable
- trustworthy
- quick learner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
