As an office assistant you will be learning to manage our ecommerce Company Stores for LSU, Tulane, Entergy, Blue Cross, Audubon Nature and others.
The ideal candidate is someone that wants to have a hand on experience in ecommerce and design.
You will be assisting our corporate and small customers selecting and ordering on our different sites.
Essential Job Duties:
- Consulting with our corporate and small customers select clothing, and artwork for their orders.
- Promoting E-commerce web sites and managing incoming orders.
- Overseeing orders to ensure consistency from start to completion.
What skills and experience do I need?
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for organization & scheduling - Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
- At least 1- 2 years of work experience in an office setting, preferably in marketing or graphic design.
- Proficient working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, & Illustrator).

- Job Type: Full-Time, or Part-Time
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (Flexible with student schedules)
