Office Assistant - Riviera Beach City Marina seeks Full Time experienced Office Assistant. Applicants must be friendly, outgoing and excellent people, phone and computer skills. Weekends/Holidays may be required. DFWP. EOE.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Make dock reservations, execute dockage agreements and collect dockage payments.

Enters and records customer information and dockage payments into marina software program.

Responsible for leasing slips, data entry, accounts receivables, answer phones calls and emails.

Must be able to multitask.

Experience:

Must have some experience in an office environment.

Must be adaptable to fast paced environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be able to effectively work with Microsoft products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
