Job description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced office assistant to join our team at Sacramento Vending Company. The Canidate will be responsible for the digitized side of the company. This is a part time position.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain organization of documents and files
  • oversee vending machine software; including updates, set up and changes
  • Oversee media advertising for the company
  • assist in inventory management, order processing and shipment tracking
  • oversee payroll operations

Qualifications

  • Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in office setting (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
