We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as answering phones, filing documents, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls.
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Organize and maintain office files.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
