Job Responsibilities:
Responds to enrollment services calls, provides responses to questions, mails information in response to request, and refers callers in the event of problems or concerns.
Educates clients on cleaning services.
Assesses client’s event needs and assists clients in choosing better plan.
Receives and sorts enrollment/dis-enrollment forms.
Reviews enrollment forms for accuracy and completeness.
Processes enrollment/dis-enrollment forms.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma minimum
- Open availability
- 18 or older
- Communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
