Job description

Position: Office Cleaner (Evenings).

Required Hours: 20 hours/week minimum required. Weekend work required.

Typical hours: 3pm-11pm

Schedule: Variable, but need to be available Mon-Sat.

Locations: St. Clair, Port Huron, Fort Gratiot.

Compensation: $14-$16/hr

Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly (Every other Friday).

Typical evening hours are 3:00pm-11:00pm. We also do post-construction, floor care, and window jobs that can take place at any time, day or night, and we need employees to be flexible and be available for those jobs.

Responsibilities:

• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop.
• Wipe desks, chairs, conference rooms, break areas.
• Bathrooms (Replace paper and soap, sink, toilet, mirror)
• Empty trash and replace plastic bag.
• Disinfect high touch areas (doorknobs, light switches, etc.)
• Lock up buildings.

Requirements:

• Must pass background check.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours/week.
• Live in St. Clair County.
• Have a valid driver's license and own transportation.
