Assisted Lifestyle Homecare has an immediate opening for a Office Coordinator in our Mooresville Office. The Office Coordinator will:

  • Provide superior customer service to our home care clients
  • Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
  • Manage referral and intake caseload
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
  • Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously

Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs and inquiries simultaneously

  • Ability to build and maintain healthy working relationships
  • Assist with recruiting staff
  • Assist with employee orientation
  • Participate in on-call rotation every other week
  • Answer all incoming calls

Qualifications for a Client Services Manager

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one (1) year office or clerical experience, preferably in a home health agency.
  • Demonstrated experience handling client needs with tact and diplomacy
  • Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
  • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
