Horizon Home Health and Hospice is a family owned company. This postion is the hub of the clinical team, accepting cases and setting up assignments. Relibability is key. This is an office basesd position Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00pm with rotation to weekend on call available for extra pay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
