We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an effective and efficient leader with experience in manufacturing, shipping and inventory management. The Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining cost-effectiveness and supporting a culture that is both friendly and professional. This position will suit an individual who enjoys serving people, creating positive work environments and driving growth within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the operation of a business.
- Maintain the recruiting process by monitoring staffing levels, employee turnover, and the cost of labor.
- Review expenses and make cost saving decisions.
- Ensure employee status compliance with labor laws and their employment contracts.
- Evaluate the success of programs and initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
