Job Description:

  • Welcoming visitors to the office
  • Checking the mail, sorting and distributing to appropriate departments.
  • Reconciling and managing various records we require, including managing data in spreadsheets and reports.
  • Reviewing and filing statements.
  • Provide data entry support across departments.
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies.
  • Communicating and working closely with all departments of the firm.

This is an entry-level job with the possibility of growth and a great opportunity to get into the financial industry.

Skills needed:

  • Flexibility to adjust to new tasks should the company or office needs change
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly

Education/Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2 years professional work experience preferred
