Sanoma Kitchen and Bath is a fast growing custom Kitchen and Bath remodeling company looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The right candidate will enjoy working in an upscale showroom setting with a creative team. The Office Manager must be an exceptionally organized multi-tasker who can maintain a positive attitude in a fast paced and high pressure environment . This person will work closely with our designers, sales people, field workers, vendors and clients to ensure the success of each project. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are a must as there will be several ongoing projects at all times.

A Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field is preferred but applicants with extensive experience will be considered. Knowledge of the construction or design industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Manage & oversee all office operations

- Greeting & assisting clients in the Showroom

- Answering phone calls & scheduling appointments

- Managing client CRM system including contacting and following up with leads

- Creating detailed proposals based on client selections

- Work as a point of contact for clients throughout projects, answering questions as needed

- Sending invoices to clients and entering payments into Quickbooks

- Placing & tracking orders for all products needed for each project

- Completing, submitting, and tracking permit applications. This includes keeping city registration up to date and quickly addressing permit revisions.

- Managing and updating cloud systems with all plans, selections, and job information for each client.

- Assist in the hiring process. Create & monitor job postings. Assist in training new hires.

- Researching & implementing efficient workflow solutions. Taking initiative to problem solve

Skills and Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree

- 2 or more years of Office Managerial Experience

- Excellent Computer Literacy

- Proficient in Google Suite & Outlook

- Working knowledge of Quickbooks Online and accounting principles

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Skilled multi-tasker and ability to prioritize tasks

- Self-motivated and positive attitude

This position is available as a full-time job, which will report to our Davie, FL office during normal business hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
