Searching for two self-motivated people to be a part of our dynamic team! People with excellent communication skills, strong customer service, and the ability to adapt to different job roles and demands, as the scope of the day can change depending on the calls received a must. Strong computer skills; Word, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and ability to work with HTML a plus. Must have the ability to learn and comprehend complex reservation systems quickly. The successful candidate will be very organized, being able to pay close attention to details, as you would be handling the details of complex groups with many working parts. Attention to detail and being highly organized are key for the roles in our office. STRONG office skills and experience are required. Those having traveled to Ireland, the United Kingdom, or throughout Europe are a plus. Experience with ticketing and reservations in Amadeus or a similar GDS system a plus!
