Baptist Primary Care is looking for an experienced Office Specialist for the Baptist Primary Care office located in Ponte Vedra!
The Office Specialist will be responsible for patient check in and check out and will report to the Baptist Primary Care office located in north Ponte Vedra. This large, well-established office is conveniently located on A1A near J Turner Butler Blvd.
Additional responsibilities for the Office Specialist may include:
- Patient registration
- Scheduling appointments
- Scanning documents
- Posting charges and payments
- Verifying insurance
- Collecting copays
- Phone triage
- Assisting patients as needed
