We are looking for a highly skilled Office Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an independent worker who is highly detailed-oriented, efficient, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment, and able to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers. This position is primarily responsible for answering incoming calls, texts and emails; scheduling both recurring and new service appointments; and contacting customers regarding past due balances.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, text messages and emails.
• Plan ahead to schedule the upcoming week's recurring service appointments.
• Make daily adjustments/add-ins/cancellations to the schedule as needed.
• Maintain customer records and update information and notes.
• Contact customers regarding past due balances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
