Representative Duties
- Patrols building(s) for fire, safety and security concerns.
- Responds to key assist as required.
- Maintains traffic lane circulation patterns.
- Places traffic equipment (barricades, cones, etc.).
- Patrols freight dock areas to enforce parking regulations.
- Monitors vehicle traffic both in the basin and on back dock ramp.
- Assists contract freight companies in controlling the movement of freight during move-in/out operations.
- Patrols truck staging areas to ensure trucks are in their proper locations.
- Monitors adherence to contract agreement pertaining to loading dock areas being left clean when a show moves out.
- Ensures and enforces compliance with fire protection regulations.
- Ensures all exit areas are free and clear and that fire protection is readily accessible.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to perform strenuous work under adverse emergency weather conditions and in inclement weather.
- Must be able to lift and carry traffic devices and other related items up to 50 pounds.
- Must have good speaking and reading communication skills in dealing with guests and employees.
- Must be able to give clear and concise directions. Must be capable of walking and standing for long periods.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and obtain a valid Florida Driver’s License within six months of hire.
